Why is this stupid Little Richard commercial for Geico stuck in my head?!
The first time I saw it, I was like “This is the dumbest sh*t ever.” Now, 6 months later, I’m actually amused by it.
A part of me want to punch Little Richard in the chest and tell him to do some push ups and be like “Man up, you punk @ss b*tch!” Another part wonders what the world would be like if Little Richard weren’t so flamboyant. His over-the-top antics have brightened many people’s day.
Besides, who doesn’t like “MASHED POTATOES, GRRRAAVY AND CRANBERRY SAUCE! WHOOOOOO-HOOOOO!!!”
On that note, I’m going to go do number 1, then get back to actual work. Enjoy the rest of your Wednesday. In the words of Little Richard: “A WOP-BOP-A-LOO-BOP, A WOP-BAM-BOOM”

Originally, Little Richard sang that song with the obviously teh gay lyrics “Tutti Frutti, Good Booty,” but his record producer changed the lyrics to “Tutti-Frutti, aw rooty” to make the song more radio friendly.
“Womp-bomp-a-loom-op-a-good-goddamn” was changed to “Womp-bomp-a-loom-op-a-womp-bam-boom!” for the same reason.

That’s the best Geico commercial followed closely by the Mini-me one. Too funny. i thought i was the only one.. i go around all the time doing the “whoooooo” and “help me, somebody help me!” Too funny.
