I’m about to be late to a free dinner, but I just wanted to check in and say hello to my loyal and loving readers!
Actually...let me stop bullshitting. I'm going to be late to a free 1-week-after-the-fact-but-still-much-appreciated birthday dinner because my wifi is acting up at home. I'm officially a computer geek, because this bothers me more than if my cable had gone out or something. At least then, I could check the weather online, find out the game scores on NFL.com, and amuse myself looking up obscure stuff on Youtube.
So keep me in your thoughts as I try to rectify my current connection crisis at home. Otherwise, U Street will be seeing a lot of me this week, as I'll be doing my blogging from Mocha Hut and Love Cafe. That, or figuring out how to steal someone else's wifi signal from the neighborhood. Hopefully, I won't have to resort to geek crimes, just to keep my consecutive streak going like Cal Ripken back in the day.
I'll keep y'all posted so you can come to one of the U Street spots and buy my a sammich or something if I'm out there.

@ Passion, I really think I’m going to start a group like that or something. Then again, I post here every day and obsessively work to make the site better, so maybe I’m the wrong person to lead the charge!
i would ask what Wifi is….. but…i wouldnt want to sound like a complete loser. soooo….on that note whatever it is i wish i had it so that i could get some free food. free food is always good in my book
