Yesterday, I was on Myspace, writing back and forth with my friend Cliff, who is a fellow Art Department alum of Hampton University. On his page, I saw two photos that literally had me laughing out loud at my desk. Since Cliff is cool with me placing them here, I feel the need to share.
Ladies and Gentlemen, this is what the cover of Newsweek would look like,
if Cliff and his friend Colby were hired to serve as the new Editor In-Chief and Art Director.
If you liked that, here’s one more for good measure. Ah, the art of Photoshop and too much free time! Gad to see I’m not the only one from Hampton using the trade I learned for the silliest of purposes. Thanks again for letting me post the images, Cliff.

LOL! Get these guy over to The New York Times or Washington Post!
I’m going to make the images visible to everyone when I get home. Since I don’t have Photoshop on this computer right now, I can’t resize them properly and maintain the legibility of the text on the covers.
so u teach at Hampton – good
@ rawdawgbuffalo, Cliff and I were both students at Hampton in the Art Department. Neither one of us ever taught there. I’ve been here in DC ever since graduation back in 2000.
Glad to know that the Hampton degree isn’t going to waste…lol
GO HAMPTON!!!
My uncle teaches Music at Hampton, and my cousin (his daughter) graduated there back in 2001.
Funny! did cliff used to live across the bridge down the block from the space museum?
