City Councilman Makes It Rain

This weekend, a Jersey City, NJ councilman made it rain in a local DC club. Only thing is, it wasn’t exactly the way that Fat Joe and Lil’ Wayne rhymed about. This guy actions are more like R. Kelly than the other two. You see, councilman Steve Lipski was arrested for urinating on the crowd from a balcony at the 9:30 Club.

I wonder how much alcohol it takes for a guy to forget that he’s an elected official, then to feel that peeing on the crowd is a good idea. A politician literally pissing on your head, then telling you that it’s raining! I actually thought about bringing back the Pookie Award for Crackhead Excellence to present to this guy, but I decided against it. I think Pookie the Golden Crackhead deserves more dignity than to be associated with this guy.
