I just heard the news that Midwest rapper M.C. Breed died today as a result of kidney failure. It’s late, and I was getting ready to hit the bed, but I can’t go to sleep without putting up a quick tribute to the man who rhymed over one-half of one of my favorite hip-hop songs of all time:
That one still makes me want to go out and get money every single time I hear it! Rest in peace to both M.C. Breed and Tupac.

That’s a damn shame, RIP Breed.

RIP MC Breed. Hip-Hop is aging. Let’s take care of ourselves, my people!
Dang. Ain’t No Future is seriously one of the most memorable songs from my youth.
@ Babs, true. I feel old as hell, but this was out back when people used to dance extra hard at parties and leave the dancefloor sweaty LOL
