Barkley To Webber: “I Don’t Believe In Role Models, But Uh…You Mine!”

I used to love this Nike commercial from back in the day. There was an entire series of barbershop clips featuring NBA players, past and present(at the time). You can almost envision yourself sitting in a nearby chair, listening as Chris Webber and Latrell Sprewell re-enact Webber’s behind-the-back dunk on Charles Barkley. Classic barbershop trash-talk at it’s finest! The most brilliant part of the commercial to me is the punchline, since it’s a nod to Barkley’s then controversial “I am not a role model” Nike ad campaign.

*Bonus Clip* “One thing I could do, was finger-roll!”
