I still can’t believe this is a real picture! Alex “A-Rod” Rodriguez must have completely given up on giving a f*ck about his public image. Why else would he pose for a Details magazine photo kissing himself in the mirror? He’s not going to live this one down for a LONG time! This dude is gonna have to hit 80 home runs, win a World Series, save three people from a burning building, and discover a cure for autism before he’ll EVER live this shit down!
I’m sure that Boston Red Sox fans will have a field day with this, since they’ve been calling him Gay-Rod for years now. I’m not a hater by any means, but when people play themselves and do stupid things, it is my duty to laugh at them! When you’re making the money he is, yet having the kind of offseason that includes steriod admissions, infidelity, a divorce and a hip injury, you might want to at least give the appearance of humility…normalcy, at the very least. Don’t just openly be like “I’m so rich and pretty that I would get gay with myself if I could.”
I look forward to seeing and hearing what other folks have to say about this photo, because it is tailor-made for jokes!
I’m a huge Yankee fan. I think A-Rod is sexy but I hate to hear him speak and I think he does dumb ass shyt….like this photo spread! I get what they were trying to do but I can’t believe he went along with it! I don’t know if you’ve seen the entire spread but there are more dumb azz shots of him! *sigh*

I have to disagree as a Magazine Editor I think the pics are Phenomenal…people are running the pics without the “details” of the shoot…the caption is a take off of Snow White and its a Mirror, Mirror on the wall theme.
People have speculated everything about this man even his sexuality and if you read Details you knwo they are known for pushing buttons and they played around with it…I think its great..its no different than some of Kanye’s shoots or a Dolce and Gabbana ad

@ Cephas, he probably was, although I’ve wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt for a long time now on the steroid thing, especially after his initial denial…That’s what makes him seem like a jackass in my eyes.
@ Michelle, Derek Jeter is the man. I’m not enough of a baseball fan to have a team, but I respect the hell out of that guy. He’s consistently great, dates all kinds of fine-ass models/actresses, yet somehow stays out of trouble and remains a good role model. What more can you ask for?
