Yesterday’s entry on faking orgasms brought another brilliant thought to mind. I need to make yet another public service announcement: STAY IN SHAPE! If you’re not in shape already, GET IN SHAPE! A lack of stamina can truly betray you at the worst possible time.    

Fellas, I don’t know if any of you have ever been in this situation, but I have. Picture this scenario: You are in the middle of blowing your lady’s BACK OUT, and you can tell she’s about to get hers. Only problem is, she’s not there yet, and you know you can’t keep that particular position going much longer! Your leg is about to lock up on you, and the one arm that’s supporting the whole left side of your body is starting to shake. You know you’re hitting her spot and all the impending orgasm signs are there, but it’s taking every bit of mental strength that you have to keep going ’till she hits the finish line!

If this has happened to you, don’t feel too bad. It means you either need to get in shape as soon as possible, or you used improper stroke management during sex. Learn your limitations, and conduct yourself accordingly with your lady. It doesn’t make sense to beast hump her for the first five minutes, only to wear out and give her lazy rabbit thumps for the next 20.

    To add to that – being out of shape also means that you will be sweating alot more on your partner too. And there’s nothing worse than you sweating your ass off while you’re on top. UGH!

    A consistent regimen of power lifts, yoga (for breath control), pilates (for core strength) and interval aerobic conditioning should cure all your “back-blowing” ills…HAHA

    The only thing I need to work on is flexibility. Just because my legs are long does not mean they bend that far back.
