Even halfway bald, I’d still hit it. I hope this sideways Shaolin Monk bullshit doesn’t catch on, but I’d do it to Cassie nontheless. For a woman to pull off a shaved/super close cut, she has to have a really pretty face. Not “cute” or “alright.” I’m talking “stands out in almost any crowd” pretty.
What’s your opinion on Cassie’s halfway aerodynamic cut? If it was a publicity thing, then it’s working so far, since it got people talking. Also, do you agree or disagree with my theory on women with the low-cut ceasar/baldie look?

I agree that a face must be good looking to pull off the shaved/close cut hairdo! That goes both ways too! Men that look “average” need to keep some hair on their head! LOL
This ain’t new. My girl Angie did it back in the 1990s and it was fly as heck. She left a layer to cover it up, so when she flipped her hair, you saw the shaved section with a bad ass “A”.
Now that’s fly. This is just looking for attention, lol.
Is it just me, or does she appear to have a bit of male pattern baldness there at the front? She is a ridiculously good looking girl though, so she can pull it off.

I went on youtube and iTunes to listen to her music so yes it worked. I like Me & You and Gotta Long way 2 Go…but that Official Girl song is horrible. The shoes she had on in the video was FIYAH! Cassie is a beauty, but I think the Lisa Lisa do would have looked better.

This was a weak move. I see very little captured in this act that involves creativity, style or personality.
All that will happen is that she’ll eventually lay a few tracks upon that fuzzy dome and forget that she was supposed to be cutting-edge at all. She’s had too many years practice at being ‘pretty’, to allow something like a haircut to give her any attention less than what she’s become used to. Poor choice.
A better publicity stunt would have been to hand out FREE copies of her cd to complete strangers on the street. Since that would likely be one of the few ways anyone will own that album.

Ummm I’m sorry but the only thing I agree with is that cassie is very pretty…other than that, the shaven head is a cry..no excuse me..a scream for attention.
