Not sure how true this is, since everything is based on speculation these days…but they say Andrew Bynum of the Los Angeles Lakers is dating Rihanna now. At least that’s what Deadspin is implying. If so, I’m happy for dude! I don’t care if LA goes all the way this year, no scoring he does on the court is going to be more impressive than scoring with the sexy Caribbean, “ella-ella-ella” billygoat-sounding singing voice-having Rihanna! That is almost as major as when Rick Fox pulled Vanessa Williams years ago. It must be nice to be a pro athlete in LA!
The only bad thing about this story is that it’s led to more of the same lame, unfunny Chris Brown and Rihanna abuse jokes. I’m not even blaming anyone for bad taste, because comedy is comedy. I laugh at tasteless stuff all the time. Hell, I put tasteless stuff up here myself half the time! I just hate BAD jokes. If you’re going to tell a joke about a current event or news story, don’t be in such a hurry to get it out there, that you don’t at least say it to yourself one time to see if it’s worth sharing with anyone. That’s my main barometer for this site. If something I come up with makes me smile or laugh, then I’m pretty sure that other people will like it, too. If it sounds generic, I scrap it and move on to something better.
If more people would think this way, the world would be a less corny place. That, and some blog comment sections would be much more entertaining than they are now. I’m actually lucky, because 95% of the comments left here are funny and/or intelligent. Thank YOU, ListenToLeon.net readers, for not being unfunny douchebags. You are appreciated!

I’m sure that any Tom, Dick or Harry, who hasn’t raised a hand to a woman before feels like he could get at Rihanna. Shoot, since the Chris Brown incident, I’m sure men who ARE abusive see her as easy pickings too. If she’ll take crap from one man, why not from another?
My comment was gonna be corny and have something to do with her kicking Bynum in his bum knee if he even looked like he was gonna try to post her up, so I’ll just keep it to myself.

@ TC, thanks for clearing that up. I already heard Lakers fans worrying about Bynum pulling a Tony Romo…Like he was going to take a trip to Thailand with her in the middle of the NBA Finals or something! I guess they can rest easier now.

Rihanna should just be single right now until all of this is in the pass and everybody has forgotten about it and give it some time to settle down. Chris didn’t need to do what he did whether he saw it or heard it or not. Rihanna did not deserve to be beaten like that.
Ifn rihanna wants to move on so be it but don’t move so fast that you just can’t keep up with yourself. Stay at home for a while with your family until you feel like yourself again than go out and do what you want to do with yourself.
P.S.,leave all of this behind and let it go Girl, it might be hard but just try to forget about it that was the past and this is the future. Just let it go Rihanna and be yourself again start like you were before and just have fun with your career you don’t have to have a boyfriend you could be single right now today and enjoy yourself.
