While cracking jokes on Twitter with the oh-so incredible fashion blogger Caress Lepore, she brought something quite interesting to my attention. R&B superstar The Dream really does favor Teddy Ruxpin! For the past couple of years, I have been trying to figure out who he reminds me of(other than the light beer version of R. Kelly). I know I just recently made a Dream joke, calling him by his superhero name, Young-Ass Jacket Man. I honestly think this description is just as fitting! Actually, the description fits BETTER than that snug ass extra-shmedium jacket. I’m just saying…
I promise to not make fun of The Dream anymore for at least another month. I do like most of his music, and I can’t hate on the man for dating Christina Milian. Main man is living the life right now. I don’t think he really cares about some random guy named Leon comparing him a 1980′s era animatronic bear, or making fun of his jacket that cuts him less slack than the wifebeater he has on underneath it. You can wear all the ill-fitting clothes you want when you’re on top of the game! I salute you, Mr. Dream, and I promise to pick other candidates to jone on for at least the next month or so.

I still say the hamburglar(rable, rable cheeseburger!) should do a DNA test to see if The Dream is his seed…
I personally don’t understand how he gets women – other than the fact that he could basically write their whole album. Every pic I’ve ever seen of him looks like he’s sweatin himself harder than anybody else ever could.
and he’s now “engaged” to Ms. Milan. Can’t hate her for wanting some guarantees that her album won’t flop this time. LMAO
Yay!! I got a shoutout. This makes me remember that my friend’s brother broker her Teddy Ruxpin because he put a Bone Thugs N Harmony tape in him and Teddy’s poor mouth couldn’t keep up.
he looks more like snuggles the fabric softner bear (a less cute version though) to me or a honey teddy graham….
he looks like a platypus to me
LOL @ the hamburglar. This dude definitely does look like Teddy Ruxpin. And it definitely would explain why there’s so much repetition in The Dream’s tracks. Yall know Teddy used to break down afterwhile and repeat the same part of the tape over and over and over again…
This is inspired! I don’t get his appeal at all…
