Yeah, I’m starting this off with a badass power ballad, so you KNOW you’re in for an uppercut to the gut…of GREATNESS! Fitness people, I need your help. As you may have seen from the Miami photos, I’ve got the good 4-pack abs going on. Yeah, I’m a little short of a 6-pack, but at least it’s not a keg, thermos or refrigerator going on in my midsection. I am a few lower stomach muscles away from COMPLETE AND TOTAL ABDOMINANCE! I would like your advice on how to get there, people in shape.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m complaining about my current state. I’ve been seeing results from my workouts, and getting all sorts of compliments from the ladies. I was a sex symbol in four countries, but now you can add two more to the list. I’m now big in:
- Thailand
- Certain parts of Russia
- Germany – I’m known as “Black Fabio” over there.
- Canada
- Puerto Rico, depending on how long my hair is
- The Netherlands, although I can no longer return…but I promised my lawyer I’d never speak of that story again.
So as you can see, I’m doing my damn thing all over the globe, live and direct from Washington DC. I’ve officially pulled off the Black Matthew McConaughey shirtless on GA Avenue thing I spoke of in earlier blogs. You should have seen it: the crackheads and pregnant teenagers were going crazy! I just have to figure out this lower ab thing. I’m pretty sure giving up carry out fried chicken is going to be a part of the equation, which sucks.

i would recommend that u do as many reps as u can.
but do more than 14-16 reps

Drinking lots of water and lowering your overall fat intake. Your abs are there, they are just hiding behind a layer of fat.
