Is it me, or does Manuel Noriega’s mugshot look like a bootleg American Apparel ad? It appears as though Terry Richardson has been moonlighting, doing photos for the Justice Department on the side. If I ever become a drug smuggling dictator, I hope my mugshot is as cool as this one. He looks like he’s thinking “You know what? I used to OWN Panama! Yes. THE WHOLE THING!”
Not that I condone the actions of ruthless dictators. I’m just saying…His mugshot could have turned out a lot worse!
