I don’t care what you say, I am going to see the Smurfs movie next summer! Hollywood has recycled and remade just about every part of my childhood over the past few years, so I might as well see what they do to The Smurfs now that everything is in 3-D these days. Don’t judge me! I’ll slap the Smurf-blue sh*t out you. Either support my decision to see this film, or go Smurf yourself!
I can’t be the only grown adult looking forward to what a Smurfs movie would be like. I just hope it turns out better than what they did to Alvin and the Chipmunks. Playing “Wild Thing” in the trailer is the only thing that makes me a little nervous. Commercial use of that song is usually a good indicator that what comes next is going to be extremely corny.
I was JUST saying like 2 weeks ago that The Smurfs were ripe for re-making. I was thinking the theme song more than a whole movie but.. Smurf it!
I really want this movie to be good. They will probably update the cast a little. Maybe add Swag Smurf and have him voiced by a Black dude. Kanye would jump at that role.

dude please. how could you be looking forward to see the smurfs. they are leaving their European-style village, magical end and in New York and taken in by real life people? this concept sounds too much like when Godzilla visited New York. you see how successful that was. you must like train wrecks?
