Can you tell me what’s wrong with this picture? It’s obvious how this guy feels about the plans for a mosque to be built near Ground Zero in New York City. It also appears that his protest includes basic spelling. The photo, which my friend Rex found in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, is a shining example of why I can’t stand people who get their political opinions from the rhetoric they hear on cable news. If you can’t even spell on a 2nd grade level, you should probably take your sign, go home, and re-evaluate the choices you made in life. No one takes you seriously.
While I’m talking about politics, there was an excellent aritcle on the New Yorker today about the men who funded the rise of the Tea Party and various think tanks. Go ahead and check it out when you get some time. I’d recommend sending it to the guy in the photo, but I seriously doubt that he lists “reading” is one of his hobbies.

I am beyond tired of this protest. Let it go. Islam did not take down the towers. Some terrorists did. Islam does not preach killing, people, UGH!!!
I know. It’s stupid. Especially when you take a look at history and see that Christianity has been used to justify WAY more atrocities in this country. It’s just people being bigoted and/or afraid of what they don’t understand.
