Ever notice that your outfit is f*cked up, AFTER you’ve left the house? Not a good feeling, is it? This morning, I put on a pair of khakis that I’ve never worn before, which have been in my closet for over a month. I was in a bit of a hurry to leave, so I threw them on with a blue polo and left for work. It wasn’t until I was walking downtown that I realized these khakis are way too baggy. They would be perfect if I were an extra in a Grand Puba video, circa 1992. In 2010 however, they make me look like an idiot.
Thankfully, the day is halfway over, so I only have to walk around looking like a preppy MC Hammer for a few more hours. From now on, I’m looking in the mirror before I walk out the door, even if I am in a hurry!
