Today’s motivational moment comes courtesy of William Hung of American Idol infamy from a few years ago…because if THIS GUY can make it in America, then there’s hope for all of us! I remember being in a record store one day and seeing William Hung’s “Inspiration” CD on the shelf. I coudn’t believe that 1.) it actually existed, and 2.) it was in the pop music section, as opposed to the comedy section where it belongs. I spent 30 minutes listening to it, because, well, it was entertaining for all the wrong reasons.
One track in particular stood out as the most f*cked-up piece of f*ckery on an album chock-full of f*cked up sh*t, and that was Hung’s cover of R. Kelly’s “I Believe I Can Fly.” I DARE YOU to listen to it and not laugh! Give it a try. It’s damn near impossible!
If that didn’t make you smile this morning, then you can go to William Hung’s website and listen to his soul-stirring rendition of “Pants on the Ground” with Larry Platt. Maybe that’ll do the trick.

@ Belve & Sardinian Jewel, I STILL laugh at this for some reason! Maybe something’s wrong with me…LOL
My grandmother actually bought his DVD when he sang the Ricky Martin song, “She Bangs.” I don’t know who is crazier: him for thinking he has talent or my grandmother for supporting him. ha ha ha.
“She Bangs” was hilarious though!!! Still, I can’t believe your grandmother spent money on it
