That DirecTV commercial is NEVER NOT FUNNY to me! The first time I saw it, I was at a bar and the TV was on mute thanks to the music so I could not hear anything. However, I still laughed at it thanks the overall gaudiness of everything along with the miniature giraffe kiss at the end. Once I finally got to see it as it was intended to be seen, I laughed even harder. Forget about the gold remote control and busts of himself. This man has dogs playing poker! Not a painting of dogs playing poker, but ACTUAL DOGS, PLAYING POKER!!! He makes the “Sha-Pow!” Guy look like a welfare case!

Weird I had the opposite discovery path. I was out bowling (I went for the drinks) and saw the commercial with no sound. About the 3 time they played it, I yell out.. wait.. Those ARE dogs playing poker..

Not only are the dogs playing poker the one on the left is cheating. He has what looks to be an Ace of Spades in his hind paw under the table. This commercial is all kinds of awesome.
