This classic Sesame Street clip featuring Smokey Robinson is hilarious and disturbing at the same time. Who knew that the letter U is a borderline rapist?! What message are they trying to send the kids with this clip? “Hey children! Sometimes no actually means yes, so you just gotta take it.” Those public broadcasting scoundrels should be ashamed of themselves!

All inappropriate jokes aside, I bet this clip put the fear of God in little 70′s babies. They were probably crying their eyes out like “LEAVE SMOKEY ALONE!!!”

      I remember this! Hmm never thought of it that way…that’s why grown @ss folks shouldn’t watch kids’ programming. It’ll make your mind hurt. Just think of all them kids loving the hell out of Barney and the Teletubbies, which if anything was going to make children stupid, and disturb big people, it’s that.

      I remember seeing as a kid and feeling sorry for Smokey, but the irony is he wraps his are around and struts off with the “U” at the end. Lesson I learned: Men don’t know what they want.
