  • June 13, 2014: Leon served as the opening act for the DC stop of the nationally touring Wellspoken Comedy Tour.
  • June 12, 2014: Leon’s first written sketch for television aired on C-Span and CNN. The pharmaceutical ad parody featured Congresswoman Michelle Bachman and Congressman Keith Ellison. It can be viewed here.
  • March 2014: Leon became the co-host of a hip-hop and humor podcast, The Dope Spot with JC Rademas.
  • January 2014: Leon finished writing his first screenplay. It is currently in pre-production.
  • December 14, 2013: Was the featured performer at the DC Jobs for Justice Winter Masquerade Ball.
  • September 12, 2013: Hosted the Revealed: All-Star Edition music showcase in Washington, DC.
  • January 2012: Began hosting a live monthly open-air comedic rant session with DJ Roz entitled Karaoke for Complainers a.k.a. You Know What Really Grinds My Gears.
  • July 19, 2011: Leon was interviewed in Rolling Out Magazine.
  • July 2011: ListenToLeon.net was a finalist in Best Humor Blog category of the Black Weblog Awards every year from 2006-2010, winning in ’06 and ’08. The site was also nominated in the Best Technology Blog category in 2011.
  • December 20, 2010: Interviewed on Ms. Social Media.
  • May 2010: Started back writing for King Magazine’s website at  King-Mag.com again in May 2010.
  • November 23, 2008: The Smoking Section featured ListenToLeon.net.
  • November 2008: Leon was interviewed by Clutch Magazine.

  • November 4th, 2007: ListenToLeon.net was featured in The Washington Post Sunday Source section.
